Mr. Lavrov has been an entrepreneur since he was 16. He made his fortune in Internet-related projects, political public relations, several notable businesses in Latin America, as well as Karma World, a US based application development company. He also worked as Apple distributor in the Latin American region and brings strong understanding of global markets dynamics. Mr. Lavrov, has a bachelor’s degree from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.

Mr. Zingarevich has substantial experience in finance, operational management, and customer service. Recently named VP of Strategic Planning at Ener1 Europe, a subsidiary of Ener1 , a publicly traded company that produces automotive lithium-ion batteries based in the US. Mr. Zingarevich has a bachelor’s degree from Regents Business School in London, England.

Mr. Altukhov is an Internet veteran, in 1995 he became Russia’s first web designer and was actively involved in a number of Internet ventures. He also led a number of projects in the CIO and CEO roles in leading telecommunications and industrial companies. He has over 15 years of Internet development and project management experience. Mr. Altukhov holds both an MSc (Hons) from a leading college and an MBA from Kingston University in London, England.
COO
An internet pioneer, Luciano was on the team that build ZAZ in 1995, one of the first nationwide ISPs, content portals in Brazil. Helped Telefónica of Spain establish operations in the US, with Terra US, in Miami on 1999. Worked in the Boston area (Lycos), Washington DC (The Map Network, sold to NAVTEQ for $37.5 million), and returned to Miami in 2007 to help Cyloop (music partner of MSN).
HR
Lourdes is an editor of a luxury lifestyle online magazine Monte Carlo FM . Lourdes has a degree from The Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship.
Marketing Director
Has a degree in Psychology from James Madison University, Virgina. Carmen joins Zila Networks with 7 years of marketing experience and is particularly interested in social media, below the line marketing, grassroots movements and the effects that first adopters and influencers have on entire communities.
Lead Developer
He is really passionate about programming and does believe that good software would one day make the world a better place to live. All the Apple hardware, the Human Interface Guidelines, and the Web 2.0 standards make him do his best.
UI Designer
Musician, dad, designer. Not in that particular order. Jason was lead designer for Cyloop/MSN, part of the design team for Alienware, and now focused on bringing clarity to the mobile space.
